Soft Landscaping Operative

We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed soft landscaping operative to join our team of landscape professionals.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a varied range of soft landscaping duties in and around the Northwest, delivering to the highest standard on commercial projects.

Previous experience along with the highest standards of workmanship, and a keen eye for detail are very important to this role.

• Carry out all hands-on landscape tasks as required to ensure completion of project including: 
  • Turfing
  • Soil Work
  • Planting and Mulching
  • Pruning
  • Hedging and Tree Work
  • Fencing
  • Timberwork
  • Maintenance and Finishing
  • Site Tidying and Cleaning
• Continually seek ways to improve operational standards and methods
• Maintain focus and keep abreast of current methods and practices
• Carry out any other duties in line with the role as required in the best interests of the company
• Ensure working practices are in-line with the companies ISO9001 & ISO14001 policies and has appropriate awareness.

• A valid CSCS card of evidence to show that this is on the way to be achieved

• Driving License

• 8-hour shift

• Yearly bonus
• Overtime during the week at time and a quarter, and time and a half over the weekend.
