In 2016, Landstruction was accredited by Investors in People. Since 1991 Investors in People has set the standard for better people management. The internationally recognised accreditation defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. BALI REGISTERED
In 2016, Landstruction also became British Member of Landscape Industries (BALI) registered. BALI is the leading Trade Association for the nation’s landscape professionals and members must be fully vetted for approval. BALI is established to promote, support and inspire all professional landscapers to be leaders of an environmentally, ethically and commercially sustainable landscape industry.
CONSTRUCTION LINE
In 2017, Landstruction became a member of Constructionline; the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services, making contracting simpler and helping customers achieve more.
CHAS
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) was created by experienced health and safety professionals to improve health and safety standards across the UK. Landstruction is a member of CHAS which provides assurance and reassurance as well as best-in-class service.
SMAS
SMAS is a member of Safety Schemes in Procurement, SSIP. Holding a valid SSIP Member Scheme certificate means that a contractor has demonstrated their capability by meeting the SSIP ‘core criteria’. This certificate is also recognised by other member schemes who offer mutual recognition.
Achilles
Achilles is the global leader for supply chain risk and performance management in Natural Resources, Industrials and Infrastructure sectors. Achilles run supplier pre-qualification programmes, validate data, carry out industry audits and mitigate risks.

In 2018 Landstruction was officially accredited by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). Landstruction now holds the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.

The Living Wage Foundation
At Landstruction, we are proud to be an accredited Living Wage Employer. Established in 2011, the Living Wage Foundation aims to persuade employers to pay a real living wage, based on calculations made according to the cost of living.
